Job summary

Euna Solutions is seeking an Implementation Manager to own the client onboarding journey from kickoff to adoption. You will configure SaaS products, run basic project management, and partner with sales, product, and support to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities include data preparation in Excel, simple scripting, and ad hoc reporting. Hybrid role in Atlanta, GA with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of client-facing implementation experience in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of software implementation processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with client and internal teams.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; high comfort with Excel.
• Experience designing reports from relational databases; SSRS/Power BI a plus.
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other enterprise software implementations, GovTech a plus.
• Familiarity with Jira, Cloud Coach, Autotask, Asana or similar for project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients as the primary contact, gathering requirements and guiding configuration.
• Manage project plans, communications, risk tracking, and customer advisory during implementation.
• Configure systems, workflows, and integrations to meet client needs using out-of-the-box features.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, customer success, and support to ensure smooth adoption.
• Develop and deliver training, create documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Identify and troubleshoot implementation issues and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of implementation processes and methodologies.
