Job summary

Zip is hiring an Account Manager to work with enterprise customers in a remote capacity from the United States. You will drive renewals, upsell opportunities and be the product evangelist for the Zip platform in ongoing customer engagements.

You will collaborate with Success, Sales, and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable ROI, maintain strong relationships, and help shape Zip's sales process in a hyper-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of technology SaaS experience.
• Experience selling to procurement, finance, legal or enterprise accounts.
• Experience driving customer retention and adoption of a SaaS product.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor, product consultant and closer to deliver ROI in renewals and upsell cycles.
• Partner with Customer Success to monitor health scorecards and guide deal closure.
• Be a product evangelist to showcase Zip and its roadmap to customers.
