Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expansion revenue across its largest enterprise accounts. You will own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—and align NinjaOne’s IT operations platform with complex customer needs.

This remote role covers Illinois and Ohio, with Chicago city limits excluded. You will cultivate executive relationships, develop territory plans, and partner with marketing and channel teams to build multi‑million dollar pipelines

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience selling B2B SaaS with full sales cycle responsibility.
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts in the US market.
• Strong hunter and closer with a proven track record of meeting quotas.

Responsibilities

• Qualify accounts and maintain a healthy enterprise pipeline.
• Lead discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Identify decision-makers and procurement processes to advance opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and pricing with leadership approvals.
• Collaborate with channel partners to close opportunities.
• Develop territory plans and generate net-new pipeline.
• Forecast revenue in Salesforce and hit quota.
