Job summary

NinjaOne unifies IT to simplify work for more than 35,000 customers in 140+ countries. The Account Executive, Customer Base will close cross-sell and upsell within NinjaOne's existing customer base, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from discovery to closing.

You’ll collaborate with account management and marketing to maximize revenue and customer value. This is a hybrid remote role based in Austin, TX or Tampa, FL, focusing on small and mid-market accounts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience selling SaaS software to B2B prospects.
• Experience selling IT operations software or similar solutions preferred.
• Degree preferred but equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Qualify prospective accounts to build and maintain an up-to-date pipeline to meet annual sales goals.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects to become a trusted guide.
• Negotiate terms, discounts, and implementation with leadership approval for below-threshold discounts.
• Demo the product to prospects and manage sales cycles to close revenue.
• Forecast opportunities in Salesforce to hit or exceed monthly quotas.
