Sentara Health in Virginia Beach, FL, is seeking an Enterprise Resilience professional to strengthen our ability to anticipate, respond to, recover from, and adapt to disruptions across cyber, tech, and third parties.

This hands-on role links technical recovery with business continuity, partnering with Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, and Operations to define resilience requirements and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of IT program/project management experience.
• Five or more years in enterprise resilience, cyber resilience, or related areas.
• Experience planning or supporting disaster recovery tests and tabletop exercises.
• Ability to connect technical recovery to business outcomes.
• Experience documenting risks, gaps, and remediation actions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.

Responsabilités

• Support development and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Resilience Program.
• Identify Critical Business Services and map required resources.
• Define and validate impact tolerances, RTOs, RPOs, and recovery priorities.
• Coordinate resilience assessments, DR tests, and tabletop exercises.
• Track findings, risks, owners, and remediation actions through closure.
