Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with experience in IT program management.
• Minimum 3 years in IT program management; 5+ years in enterprise resilience or related fields.
• Experience planning or supporting disaster recovery, tabletop exercises, or continuity activities.
• Ability to translate resilience risks into actionable decisions for technical and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Resilience Program with governance and documentation.
• Identify Critical Business Services and map people, processes, tech, data, and third parties.
• Define impact tolerances, recovery objectives, and minimum service levels with owners.
• Plan and document resilience assessments, DR tests, tabletop exercises, and simulations.
• Track findings, risks, due dates, and actions to closure and elevate gaps.
• Enhance backup/recovery capabilities using Rubrik, Azure, SQL, and Veeam.
• Improve ransomware-resilient recovery and secure restoration workflows.
• Develop isolated recovery environments and automate restoration testing.
• Coordinate DR exercises across infra, apps, security, and business teams.
• Create dashboards and executive reports on readiness, testing, and progress.
• Promote resilience awareness and document lessons learned for improvements.
