Sentara Health is seeking an Enterprise Resilience Lead to strengthen the organization’s ability to anticipate and recover from cyber, technology, and third-party disruptions. You will partner across Cyber Security, IT, Disaster Recovery, and Business Operations to define impact tolerances, map critical services, and drive resilient recovery strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum 3 years IT program or project management experience.
• Five+ years of enterprise resilience, cyber resilience, disaster recovery, or business continuity experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate technical risk for business audiences.

Aufgaben

• Support development and continuous improvement of the Enterprise Resilience Program, including governance, standards, procedures, playbooks, reporting, and program documentation.
• Identify and maintain Critical Business Services and map required people, processes, technology, data, facilities, and third parties.
• Define and validate impact tolerances, RTOs, RPOs, minimum service levels, and recovery priorities.
• Plan, coordinate, and document resilience assessments, business impact analyses, tabletop exercises, disaster recovery tests, cyber recovery exercises, and simulations.
• Track findings, risks, decisions, owners, due dates, and corrective actions through closure.
• Enhance backup and recovery capabilities (Rubrik, Azure-native backups, SQL-native backups, and Veeam).
• Improve ransomware-resilient recovery capabilities and secure restoration workflows.
• Coordinate cyber, business, and enterprise tabletop exercises to test decision-making and downtime procedures.
• Support containment, response, and recovery activities during disruptive events and document key decisions.
• Develop dashboards, metrics, and executive-ready reporting for recovery readiness and resilience maturity.
