BlackCloak, Inc. is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own retention and adoption for enterprise accounts, building lasting relationships and tracking account health.

You will leverage AI tools to analyze data and produce client-ready reviews and reports, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and help the company scale a fully remote operation with flexible vacation, medical/dental/vision coverage, equity, and a home office stipend.
