Job summary

BlackCloak is seeking an experienced Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of strategic clients, drive retention and expansion, and lead onboarding, business reviews, and recovery plans for at‑risk accounts.

You will use data, analytics, and AI workflows to demonstrate value, collaborate with Sales on escalations and growth, and mentor fellow ERMs while refining team playbooks and processes. This is a fully remote role with flexible vacation and company equity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise customer success or account management.
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and executive communication skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms and AI-assisted workflows.
