Arete is seeking a Regional Sales Manager III to drive large enterprise client acquisition and regional revenue growth. The role requires strategic influence, CXO engagement, and collaboration with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.

You will mentor junior team members and represent the region in leadership reviews and annual planning processes, while expanding the customer base and optimizing pricing and contracts across an industrial cybersecurity portfolio.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise/strategic sales experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree required.
• Experience in cybersecurity or technology services (IR/SOC/MDR) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage large enterprise accounts with high revenue targets.
• Define and execute sales strategy for designated accounts and drive growth in cybersecurity initiatives.
• Meet quarterly targets with high forecast accuracy.
• Deliver year-over-year revenue and margin growth.
• Mentor junior Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align GTM strategies.
• Develop pricing models including perpetual, subscription, term, and flat-fee structures.
• Build strong relationships with OEMs, alliances, and channel partners.
