Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of staffing, professional or marketing direct placement experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies using job boards, digital channels, and community partnerships.
• Conduct market-driven interviews and generate leads through proactive recruitment.
• Analyze labor market data and hiring trends to guide sourcing strategies and compensation recommendations.
• Manage daily recruitment plan.
• Screen, interview, assess, and select qualified candidates to meet client specifications.
• Follow Talent Rules of Engagement.
• Enhance the Staffmark Group image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships with local organizations.
