This positionis responsible fordelivering high-quality talent solutions while ensuringa positiveexperience for both candidates and clients.

Essential Duties

Your Day-to-Day Leadership includes Activities such as these:

• Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies based on client needs, market conditions, and industry trends using job boards, digital channels, and community partnerships.
• Conduct Market Driven Interviews and generate leads through proactiverecruitment.
• Analyze labor market data and hiring trends to guide sourcing strategies and compensation recommendations.
• Managing daily recruitmentplan.
• Screen, interview, assess, and select qualified candidates to meet client specifications.
• FollowTalentRules of Engagement.
• Enhancing the Company image in the external community through developing and maintaining relationships and activities with local organizations and community leaders.
