Job summary

HTI is seeking an energetic Recruiter in our Industrial Division to connect talent with great opportunities. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, develop sourcing strategies, and maintain a strong candidate pipeline while delivering a positive candidate and client experience.

The role requires on-site collaboration at our branch locations, with travel within the assigned region as needed. Compensation includes commission in addition to base salary and full benefits, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

• Independently manage recruitment processes for HTI clients and full cycle recruitment efforts.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to grow the candidate pool.
• Maintain an active pool of pre-screened candidates who passed testing and background checks.
• Utilize approved AI tools and recruiting technologies to improve productivity and insights.
• Manage candidates through the applicant life cycle from pre-screen to first day.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and Candidate Management: Independently manage recruitment processes for all HTI clients and screen applicants.
• Client and Event Support: Coordinate and attend job fairs and support client staffing goals.
• Communication and Correspondence: Greet applicants, manage online applications and follow up on offers and requirements.
• Team and Administrative Support: Participate in daily management meetings and assist onboarding and training.
