Job summary

You will lead on-site visits, forecast discussions, and coordination with recruiting teams to meet client headcount and quality expectations, while driving a high-quality experience for placed associates.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through on-site visits and proactive communication.

• Monitor attendance, performance, and retention; take corrective actions.
• Identify and resolve service delivery issues before impacting client satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues with data-backed solutions to the National Account Manager.
