CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to provide enterprise leadership for project controls across a large, complex portfolio for municipal, industrial, and federal clients. You will modernize platforms, standardize processes, and drive predictive insights to improve profitability and schedule performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.

Mansioni

• Define the enterprise project controls strategy, standards, methodologies, and governance model; drive adoption across units.
• Establish controls for design-build, progressive design-build, CMAR, and other delivery models; align cost, schedule, risk, and commercial controls.
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value, forecasting, and schedule analysis; manage change and contract administration.
• Develop leading indicators, project health reviews, and executive dashboards for margin, backlog, cash flow, and delivery risk.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms, workflows, and AI-enabled forecasting in partnership with Digital Delivery and Technology teams.
• Establish scalable document controls standards; ensure data quality and traceability for digital delivery.
• Collaborate with leadership, operations, finance, and other teams to improve predictability and client outcomes.
• Lead and develop schedulers, cost controllers, and document control professionals; build career paths and training.
