CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead enterprise project controls across a large portfolio of municipal, industrial, and federal projects. You will shape governance, systems, analytics, and talent to deliver projects safely, profitably, and predictably.

The ideal candidate has deep leadership in project controls within the AEC industry, including integrated design-build, with a focus on modernizing platforms, workflows, and AI-enabled forecasting across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years of related experience preferred.
• PMP or PgM certification required; DBIA certification preferred.
• Experience with integrated design-build, CMAR, and other delivery models in water/municipal sectors.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across a large, matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance; drive adoption.
• Establish controls for design-build and other delivery models; align design, procurement, cost, schedule, risk, and commercial controls.
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, variance analysis, and master scheduling.
