Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Leadership and Governance: Define the enterprise project controls strategy, standards, methodologies, and governance model.
• Integrated Design-Build and Alternative Delivery: Establish project controls for design-build, CMAR and other delivery models.
• Cost, Schedule, and Commercial Controls: Strengthen budgeting, earned value, forecasting, and change management.
• Portfolio Performance and Risk: Develop indicators, reviews, dashboards, and actionable insights for margin, cash flow, and delivery risk.
• Digital Transformation and Innovation: Lead modernization of project controls platforms, data, and workflows with AI-enabled forecasting.
• Information and Document Controls: Set standards for document management, data quality, and traceability.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with leadership to improve predictability, profitability, and client outcomes.
• Team and Capability Development: Build a distributed team of schedulers and cost controllers with clear career paths.
