Responsibilities

• Define enterprise project controls strategy, standards, and governance models across regions.
• Establish controls for design-build, CMAR, and integrated delivery.
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Develop dashboards and predictive insights for margin, backlog, and cash flow.
• Lead modernization of project controls platforms and automation initiatives.
• Set standards for document management, data quality, and traceability.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve project outcomes.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of schedulers and cost controllers.
