• Establish project controls approaches for design-build, progressive design-build, CMAR, construction management, and other integrated delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, variance analysis, integrated master scheduling, critical path analysis, change management, contract administration, claims avoidance.
