Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead our enterprise project controls across a large portfolio of municipal, industrial, and federal projects. This role will shape governance, platforms, analytics, and talent to deliver projects safely, profitably, and predictably.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 15+ years of related experience.
PMP or PgM certification required.
Travel up to 50% may be required.

Responsibilities

Define enterprise project controls strategy and governance across regions.
Establish controls for design-build and other delivery models from planning to closeout.
Strengthen cost, schedule, contract, and forecasting controls.
Develop dashboards and predictive insights for portfolio health and margins.
Lead modernization of platforms, workflows, and reporting with AI-enabled forecasting.
