CharterUP in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to join the Enterprise Operations PMO. You will drive end-to-end delivery of the company’s largest client engagements, from business case through deployment, while building PMO standards and governance across functions.

You will lead change management, risk mitigation, and cross-functional collaboration, applying Lean Six Sigma and Agile practices to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of project or program management experience in ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects spanning technology/systems implementations and client-facing initiatives.
• Experience leading large-scale, time-critical mobilizations under pressure.
• Experience writing business cases and project charters that were funded and delivered.
• Track record of holding stakeholders accountable and driving outcomes without formal authority.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of CharterUP’s largest and most complex cross-functional projects.
• Lead mobilizations driven by client or market disruptions and maintain a scalable playbook.
• Lead stand-up and launch of complex client-facing projects, transitioning to account management later.
• Develop PMO standards: charters, reporting formats, risk logs, governance cadences, intake processes.
• Identify risks early and build mitigation plans; manage schedules, dependencies, and resourcing across concurrent projects.
• Run meetings with clear decisions and owners; maintain ledgers, RAID logs, and budget tracking.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma and Agile principles to reduce waste and improve delivery.
