Job summary

CharterUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the newly established Enterprise Operations PMO. This role leads execution on CharterUP's largest client-facing engagements, delivering launches, mobilizations, and scalable PMO standards across Enterprise Operations, Technology, Finance, and Legal.

You will report to the Director of Enterprise Strategy & Operational Excellence and collaborate with multiple teams to drive initiatives from business case through close-out, ensuring

Qualifications

5+ years of project or program management experience.
Experience leading cross-functional projects across technology, client-facing initiatives, and internal processes.
Experience launching large-scale client-facing programs or time-critical mobilizations.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of CharterUP’s largest and most complex cross-functional projects.
Lead mobilizations with urgent client or market disruptions and maintain a scalable playbook.
Stand up and launch complex client-facing projects and transition to account management.
Develop PMO standards, templates, and governance cadences.
Create business cases, charters, and success metrics.
