CharterUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the newly formed Enterprise Operations PMO. You will lead the company’s largest client-facing engagements, from launches to large-scale mobilizations, while building PMO standards, charters, governance, and reporting processes.

You will partner with Enterprise Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, and client teams to drive initiatives across programs and system implementations.

Formación

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, including standing up new programs, processes, or systems in ambiguous environments.
• Experience leading large-scale client-facing launches or time-critical mobilizations.
• Experience writing business cases and project charters that have been funded and delivered.
• Strong meeting facilitation and executive communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end delivery of CharterUP’s largest, most complex cross-functional projects from business case through close-out.
• Lead mobilizations and coordinate workstreams across teams, maintaining a scalable playbook.
• Stand up and launch complex client-facing projects and transition to account managers for BAU execution.
• Develop PMO standards, templates, and governance cadences; create SOPs and training materials.
• Plan, track, and report budgets, risks, RAID logs, and milestones across multiple projects.
