Job summary

CharterUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the newly established Enterprise Operations PMO. This role leads end-to-end delivery on CharterUP's largest and most complex client-facing engagements, from new product launches to large-scale mobilizations, while building the foundational PMO standards, charters, governance cadences, and reporting processes the function runs on.

You will report directly to the Director of Enterprise Strategy & Operational Excellence and partner across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, including standing up new programs and processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects spanning technology, operations, and client-facing initiatives.
• PMP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of CharterUP’s largest and most complex cross-functional projects from planning to closeout.
• Lead time-critical mobilizations and maintain a scalable mobilization playbook for future projects.
• Stand up and launch complex client-facing projects and transition ongoing work to account managers.
• Develop PMO standards, templates, and governance cadences; create charters and training materials.
