Job summary

Luminance is seeking an Engagement Manager to oversee enterprise customer implementations. You will lead multiple programs from initiation to go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and communicating with executives to ensure objectives are met on time and within scope.

The role requires PMI-based program management discipline, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to influence across the organization. A Bachelor's degree is required; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise project or program management experience.
• Experience managing complex enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of PMI methodologies and project lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple enterprise implementation programs from initiation to go-live.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, governance and status reporting.
• Coordinate between customer stakeholders and internal teams including Product, Engineering, CS, Support, Delivery.
• Facilitate steering committees, risk assessments and executive updates.
• Identify risks, scope changes, resources constraints, and drive resolution to maintain momentum.
• Monitor health, milestones, budget considerations, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Ensure activities align with contracts and business objectives.
• Establish clear communication cadences with clients and internal teams.
• Support continuous improvement of methodologies, templates, and processes.
• Partner with leadership on strategic customer initiatives and planning.
