Unleash Live is a global enterprise computer vision company delivering live data from cameras, drones, and robotics to infrastructure and energy operators. The role manages Fortune 500 accounts across Capture-to-Delivery and Software Adoption portfolios, serving as the primary client contact and ensuring end-to-end platform value.

Hybrid role with regular travel to client sites across California and beyond.

Competenze

5+ years of combined experience across project management and customer success in SaaS, energy, utilities or mining.
Demonstrated ability to run a customer success motion in enterprise B2B SaaS: onboarding, adoption tracking, and QBRs.
Experience owning projects with contractual milestones or gated deliverables.
Comfortable using product usage data to decide where to focus attention.
Experience coordinating field resources or subcontractors.
Strong experience providing project governance and business improvement.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of multiple organizations.

Mansioni

Run weekly client syncs covering project status, risks, tasks and usage.
Manage field operations: scheduling capture, installation, and commissioning work.
Produce delivery reports showing progress, risks and impact delivered.
Escalate risks with clear path forward.
