Job summary

LiveRamp, headquartered in San Francisco, is seeking an Expert Engagement Manager to partner with Commercial Leads and Services Consultants in delivering the LiveRamp Global Services portfolio. This hybrid role requires coordinating with delivery teams, senior client executives, and cross-functional stakeholders to meet client objectives and ensure success.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management or customer-facing project delivery.
• 3+ years delivering professional services in SaaS/AdTech or consulting environments.
• Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem (DSPs/SSPs/CDPs).
• Knowledge of web tracking, identity resolution, and martech stack data flows.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehousing and SQL-based transformations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with LGS team to ensure successful service delivery.
• Develop project and resource plans with client and LGS leads, monitor budgets and deadlines.
• Independently scope LGS engagements with SME input.
• Align LiveRamp’s roadmap with client data strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Lead client meetings with a consultative approach and manage client relationships.
• Escalate issues to Engagement Management Lead when needed.
• Identify challenges and provide practical recommendations to maximize value.
• Demonstrate deep product/service knowledge and mentor teammates.
• Occasional travel a few times per year.
