Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to partner with Commercial Leads and Services Consultants in delivering the full LiveRamp Global Services portfolio. This hybrid role requires collaboration across delivery, product, and operations to meet client needs and drive value.

You will manage multiple projects, communicate with C-level executives, and guide teams to align LiveRamp capabilities with clients’ data strategy. Travel a few times per year is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or customer-facing project delivery.
• 2+ years delivering professional services for a SaaS/AdTech or large systems integrator.
• Deep understanding of programmatic ecosystem: DSPs/SSPs/CDPs.
• Knowledge of web tracking, identity resolution, and data flows across martech stack.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehousing and SQL-based transformations.
• Strong grasp of global privacy regulations and data-sharing impact.
• Executive-level communication with clients and executives.
• Willingness to travel a few times per year.

Responsibilities

• Partner with LGS team to ensure successful service delivery.
• Develop project and resource plans with clients and leads; ensure budgets and deadlines.
• Independently scope engagements with SMEs as needed.
• Align technical roadmap with client data strategy and identify new opportunities.
• Participate in or lead client meetings with a consultative approach.
• Own client relationships and understand business objectives.
• Provide escalation paths to Engagement Management Lead/Director.
• Identify challenges and provide practical recommendations to maximize value.
• Demonstrate deep understanding of LiveRamp products and services.
• Provide mentorship to team members.
