Unleash Live seeks a seasoned Delivery & Customer Success professional to manage a portfolio of Fortune 500 strategic accounts in a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA. You will oversee capture-to-delivery programs and drive software adoption across two account types, coordinating field teams, and delivering measurable outcomes.

You will own ongoing client relationships end-to-end, schedule field resources, run usage reviews, and lead quarterly business reviews grounded in outcomes.

Competenze

• 5+ years of combined experience across project management and customer success in SaaS, energy, utilities or mining.
• Experience running enterprise B2B SaaS customer success motions: onboarding, adoption tracking, and QBRs.
• Experience owning projects with contractual milestones or gated deliverables with commercial impact.

Mansioni

• Run weekly client syncs for project status, risks, tasks, and actions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate field resources and subcontractors to meet schedules and data quality requirements.
• Produce delivery reports showing progress, risks, and business impact to clients and internal teams.
• Lead quarterly business reviews focused on value realization and renewal opportunities.
