Job summary

Amy’s Kitchen in California is seeking a Process Improvement Engineer, Enterprise, to lead plantwide continuous improvement projects focused on Safety, Employee Engagement, Delivery, Cost, and Capacity. You will build quantified business cases, use plant data to identify opportunities, and drive standardized, repeatable results across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum three years related manufacturing experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Lead plantwide projects focusing on Safety, Engagement, Delivery, Cost and Capacity.
• Collaborate with CI Manager, Plant leadership, and Plant Controller to identify and manage projects.
• Deliver target savings and mentor teams in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Document standard work and share best practices across plants; drive knowledge transfer.
