Job summary

Harbor Freight Tools is seeking an Enterprise Process Improvement Analyst to help realize the company’s vision of being the best place to work and to shop. The EPIA provides day-to-day support for process improvement initiatives: documentation, requirements gathering, meeting coordination, action tracking, training materials, communications, reporting, and sustaining improvements.

This role primarily supports Product Development, Project Management, Merchandising, Global Sourcing, Quality

Qualifications

• Experience documenting processes and gathering requirements.
• Ability to coordinate cross‑functional meetings and track actions.
• Skill in creating training materials and clear communications.

Responsibilities

• Support process improvement initiatives through documentation, coordination and implementation.
• Gather and organize business information, decisions, action items, and materials.
• Create and maintain process docs, SOPs, templates, and knowledge resources.
• Prepare agendas, materials and notes to support projects and improvements.
• Collaborate across teams to support project and adoption activities.
• Assist with testing, training, rollout and adoption of new processes and tools.
