Qualifications

• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Process Engineering, Operational Excellence, or Transformation.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-wide process transformations.
• Strong facilitation experience with 20–40+ stakeholders.
• Ability to identify problems, redesign workflows, implement solutions, and measure results.
• Experience developing and tracking KPIs, SLAs, production metrics, and improvements.
• Executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Experience driving change in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
• Agile, DevOps, Sprint, or iterative delivery experience.
• Experience with AI-driven workflow improvements and automation strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process transformation initiatives across technology, operations, engineering, and product.
• Evaluate current-state processes, identify inefficiencies, and design future-state solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and root-cause analyses to drive consensus and solution development.
• Develop process maps, SOPs, roadmaps, and change management plans.
• Define and track KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to measure business impact.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and data teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Support AI-first strategies through automation and workflow optimization.
• Drive organizational adoption and capability building through training and coaching.
