Job summary

The Fischer Group is seeking an AI Continuous Improvement Specialist to translate business problems into practical process improvements across the organization.

This role uses detailed process mapping, process flow diagrams, and stakeholder analysis to understand how work is performed, identify friction and opportunities, and partner with teams to drive process changes, standardization, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business problems into process improvements.
• Ability to document current- and future-state processes with maps and diagrams.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and cross-functional sessions.
• Familiarity with AI, automation, and analytics to improve workflows.
• Experience partnering with IT/software teams to implement solutions.
• Change management training or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into process improvements and AI use cases.
• Lead workshops and cross-functional sessions to build alignment.
• Evaluate AI/automation opportunities and design implementations.
• Establish baseline metrics and measure impact on cycle time and cost.
• Collaborate with AI champions and IT to deploy production-grade agents.
• Maintain solutions and drive scalable, cost-efficient AI frameworks.
