Job summary

Jazwares is seeking a CPI Analyst to support continuous process improvement initiatives at our Plantation, FL location. You will apply Lean Six Sigma tools, map current and future processes, and collaborate with Sales, Operations, Planning, and IT/BI to drive efficiency and cost improvements.

The role requires 2–4 years in process improvement, strong data skills, and experience with DMAIC, value stream mapping, and KPI tracking. On-site with opportunities for cross-functional impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, operations, or related field.
• Experience with DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma, value stream mapping.
• Experience documenting current-state and future-state process maps.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills; proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support CPI projects using DMAIC and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Document current-state and future-state process maps.
• Collect and analyze data to identify inefficiencies and root causes.
• Develop and maintain KPI trackers and project management tools (Jira).
• Collaborate with BI for automated reporting and workshops.
