Decagon is hiring for a Pricing & GTM role to accelerate enterprise go-to-market motions. You will collaborate with the GTM team to close high-value deals, develop pricing and packaging strategies, and build scalable pricing processes.

The role blends strategic thinking with execution and requires top-tier communication with cross-functional teams. We value a data-driven mindset, experience in pricing at high-growth companies, and familiarity with cutting-edge AI tooling to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in investment banking / private equity / venture capital or high-velocity startups.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to navigate fast-moving, ambiguous environments and shape solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine pricing and packaging strategy for enterprise.
• Own end-to-end deal strategy with account executives and sales leaders.
• Build and scale internal pricing/commercial processes.
• Shape Decagon’s commercial strategy with the Founder’s Office.
• Lead and evangelize pricing for agentic AI solutions.
