OpenAI seeks a Pricing Strategist focused on GTM to shape pricing for B2B enterprise customers across our product portfolio. You will partner with Finance, GTM, Sales, and Product to drive pricing analytics and credit-program ROI.

You will translate goals into scalable pricing frameworks, support strategic enterprise deals, and develop programs for segments like education, startups, and government. Experience in consulting or pricing helps, but not required.

Qualifications

• Pricing analytics and price-performance assessment.
• Ability to translate pricing into actionable guidance for teams.
• Experience collaborating with GTM, Sales and Product is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build regular pricing-performance reviews and analyze discounting.
• Develop commercial pricing programs for education, startups, and government segments.
• Define objectives and ROI for credit programs and promotions.
• Translate segment goals and pricing strategy into scalable frameworks and structures.
• Partner on enterprise deals to align proposals with pricing strategy.
