Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an Enterprise PMO Portfolio Manager to govern the enterprise portfolio of strategic initiatives and investments. The role partners with executive leadership to prioritize investments, plan resources, and realize benefits across business, risk, and technology domains.

Responsibilities include governance across initiatives, maintaining integrated portfolio roadmaps, and driving performance management to deliver expected outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, Leadership or related field with 10 years of experience in portfolio management or related discipline.
• Or BA with 8 years at top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte, PwC, EY).
• Or HS diploma with 14 years of portfolio management experience.
• 3 years of experience leading teams and/or managing portfolio, program, or project management professionals.

Responsibilities

• Leads enterprise portfolio management activities including demand intake, prioritization, governance, and roadmaps.
• Monitors project health and provides strategic direction and corrective recommendations.
• Partners with business and technology leaders to align investments with objectives and resources.
• Facilitates investment governance and budgeting decisions.
• Produces executive reporting and dashboards for decision-making.
