Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an experienced Enterprise PMO Project Manager to lead large, high-profile technology and business initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies while aligning with standards and cyber security requirements.

You will guide project teams, mentor junior managers, and partner with architecture, security, infrastructure, and risk teams to ensure successful delivery and governance across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, CS, IT, MIS, or related field with six years of project management experience.
• Or High School Diploma + ten years of project management experience.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and executive summaries.
• Experience managing technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Leads large, complex technology projects from initiation through implementation, within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develops and manages comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and implementation strategies.
• Coordinates cross-functional project teams across business, technology, operations, and vendor partners.
• Manages multiple workstreams and aligns deliverables with timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Identifies and mitigates project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed.
• Ensures compliance with enterprise standards, cyber security and governance frameworks.
