Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an Enterprise PMO Project Manager to lead large, complex technology initiatives across the organization. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies while aligning with enterprise standards and security requirements.

The role collaborates with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders, providing guidance to junior PMs and ensuring successful delivery within established governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, CS, IT, MIS, or related field with six years of project management experience.
• Or High School Diploma or GED and ten years of project management experience.
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Leads large, complex technology projects from initiation through implementation within scope, schedule and budget.
• Develops comprehensive project plans, resource forecasts, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and implementation strategies.
• Coordinates cross-functional project teams to achieve project objectives.
• Manages multiple workstreams with aligned deliverables and stakeholder expectations.
• Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks, issues and dependencies.
• Ensures compliance with governance, cyber security, and regulatory obligations throughout the lifecycle.
• Leads project governance activities and communicates status to sponsors and stakeholders.
