Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking an Enterprise PMO Project Manager to lead large, complex technology and business initiatives. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies while partnering with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

You will mentor project teams, ensure governance, cyber security compliance, and drive successful delivery across multi-functional programs. This role requires strong communication and strategic thinking in a regulated financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related field and six years of PM experience
• Or High School Diploma or GED and ten years of PM experience
• Experience developing project plans, schedules, budgets, status reports, and executive summaries
• Experience managing technology initiatives with multiple stakeholder groups and cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting audit, compliance, and regulatory initiatives

Responsibilities

• Leads large, complex technology projects from initiation through implementation within scope, schedule, and budget
• Develops and manages comprehensive project plans, resource forecasts, schedules, budgets, dependencies, and strategies
• Coordinates cross-functional teams including business, technology, operations and vendors
• Manages multiple workstreams and aligns deliverables with timelines and stakeholder expectations
• Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks, issues, and dependencies
• Ensures compliance with enterprise technology standards, cyber security, risk governance, and regulatory obligations
• Leads project governance activities, status reporting, and audit documentation
• Serves as primary contact for sponsors and stakeholders, communicating status and decisions
• Partners with architecture, information security, infrastructure, development, and risk teams
• Oversees testing, implementation, change management, training, and transition-to-support
• Provides leadership and mentorship to project teams and junior PMs
• Resolves delivery challenges and drives process improvements
• Mentors less experienced project managers and team members
