Job summary

HonorHealth is seeking a Director- EPMO to drive project execution and alignment across the network. You will manage intake requests, projects, and measure program results while ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

You will lead Project Managers, oversee lifecycle, staffing, budgeting, and collaboration with business leaders to optimize standardized processes and tools across IT and business initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years leading and/or developing applicable business process life cycle management.
• 7 years project/program management following a standardized tool-set.
• Experience leading complex, healthcare related projects/programs.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and collaborates on standard methods, procedures, and metrics for projects and execution.
• Oversee portfolio management and analyze daily activities for success.
• Lead staff management including hiring/onboarding, performance, coaching and development.
• Enforce compliance with standards and guide usage of these standards.
• Lead lifecycle management for the EPMO (IT and Business) with customers.
• Collaborate with management to identify and select information technology to support plans.
• Develop and enforce a standardized tool set to execute all projects.
• Stay informed on portfolio management developments and technologies.
