Job summary

Community Health Options seeks a Director of PMO & Business Integration to align the project portfolio with strategic goals and drive cross-functional execution. You will oversee governance, methodologies, and reporting to maximize value and minimize conflicts across enterprise initiatives.

In this role, you’ll integrate business processes with technology, manage vendor relationships, and ensure changes are adopted across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of Project Management and/or managing a PMO.
• 5+ years of Vendor Management or Procurement.
• Extensive knowledge of health insurance industry and related processes.
• Experience managing teams and communicating at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Design and deploy tools for vendor solicitation, evaluation, and selection.
• Strategic Alignment: Translate goals into prioritized project portfolios and governance.
• Business Integration: Lead processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive value while mitigating project conflicts.
