Qualifications

• 10+ years of senior PMO, strategy execution, portfolio management, or related leadership experience.
• 8+ years of people management with 5+ years of progressive management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy execution and governance across the enterprise, aligning budgets, roadmaps, and goals.
• Own governance structures and cadence for reviews, decision-making, and executive updates.
• Oversee portfolio management, planning processes, and link to budgets and roadmaps.
• Provide leadership through PMO resources, ensuring disciplined execution and measurable outcomes.
• Partner with Finance and other functions to embed strategy in budgets and performance management.
