Health Plans, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to lead cross-functional enterprise initiatives across IT and business units, ensuring scope, schedule, cost and quality objectives are met.

You will develop integrated plans, track milestones, maintain RAID logs, coordinate resources, and deliver concise executive updates. The role sits within the ePMO and requires strong PM skills and health insurance domain experience.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification.
• Recent experience in health insurance/TPA environments.
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on project leadership across IT and/or business.
• Experience with PM/BA toolsets such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira/Confluence.

Mansioni

• Lead project planning, strategy, and execution for enterprise initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, track milestones and deliverables.
• Build and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies); drive mitigation and escalation.
• Identify and manage resource needs and clarify team roles and responsibilities.
• Provide concise status updates and executive-ready communications.
• Facilitate effective meetings and workshops; ensure decisions, actions, and owners are captured and tracked.
• Serve as the conduit between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Liaison between internal and external stakeholders to ensure requirements are delivered on time and within budget.
• Surface cross-project dependencies and coordinate timelines and handoffs.
