HonorHealth is seeking a Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in the Phoenix area to align cross-portfolio projects with organizational strategy. The role oversees standard project management methods, staffing, budgets, and lifecycle governance for IT and business initiatives across the network.

The position emphasizes strategic planning, process enforcement, and collaboration with business leaders to ensure successful delivery and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Initiates and collaborates on standard methods, procedures, and metrics for projects and execution (IT and Business).
• Oversees, evaluates and monitors the project(s) with respect to portfolio management.
• Leads staff to enforce standards and provide direction on usage of these standards.
• Leads the Life Cycle Management for the EPMO (IT and Business) and establishes methods to accomplish these activities with the customers.

Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Master’s degree preferred
