Job summary

Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP is seeking an Enterprise Project Manager to implement strategic, firm-wide initiatives across multiple offices. The role reports to the Senior Director of Operations and requires coordinating timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in professional services project management, with health care project experience preferred, and PMP or similar certifications are welcome. Travel to various offices is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, motivate, and contribute to multiple projects with deadlines across offices.
• Define objectives and deliverables with stakeholders and cross-team coordination.
• Develop project plans including resource allocations, schedules, scopes, and budgets.
• Manage scope, schedule and budget changes, resolve issues and risks.
• Track metrics and report progress to senior management.
• Foster collaboration among stakeholders and project teams across locations.
