Job summary

Movemedical is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own the delivery of enterprise client implementations in the medical device space. You will lead programs end-to-end, managing scope, timeline, and risk while collaborating with Professional Services, Support, and Product teams.

You will communicate with senior client stakeholders and apply a disciplined, adaptable PM approach to a fast-moving environment, enabling successful deployments and clinical workflow alignment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a project manager inside a medical device or clinical organization.
• Experience running large ERP / supply-chain implementations.
• Experience leading enterprise-level SaaS implementations in Life Sciences or Healthcare IT.
• Ability to adapt PM processes to a fast-moving, less formal environment.
• Comfortable holding a position and pushing back with clients or leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; knowing when to elevate risk.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned client implementation programs, from kickoff through go-live.
• Maintain program status reporting, timelines, and risk/issue tracking for client and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact for client program stakeholders, representing Movemedical with rigor.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Professional Services, Support, and Product teams to keep implementations on track.
• Build fluency in client-side context (inventory, supply chain, clinical workflows) to be credible with stakeholders.
• Elevate risks proactively and assertively, internally and with clients.
