UpcoMinds is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our client in Athens, delivering business and systems analysis across complex software initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, support platform configurations and drive transformation programs within a highly configurable enterprise environment.

The role emphasizes SDLC governance, requirements engineering and documentation, with a hybrid work model (4 days on-site / 1 day remote).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years as a Business Analyst across the Software Development Life Cycle.
• 7+ years in software development projects.
• Experience with functional or enterprise system administration in BPM/CRM/ESM configurations.
• Experience in transformation projects involving process redesign, data migration or platform transitions.
• Experience with service delivery model implementation and maintenance is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Participate actively throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Analyze business processes and translate needs into clear system requirements.
• Work with stakeholders, developers and IT teams to implement solutions.
• Support configuration and administration of configurable enterprise platforms (BPM, CRM, ESM).
• Contribute to business process redesign and process optimization initiatives.
• Support data migration, platform transitions and system consolidation projects.
• Develop and maintain project documentation (functional designs, requirements specs, TRMs, work instructions).
• Create use cases and process models using Visio or Draw.io.
• Define and support test strategies, plans and execution; investigate defects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for planning, progress tracking and delivery.
