Job summary

EUROPEAN DYNAMICS is seeking a Business Analyst based in Greece to join our development team. The role is remote, with an on-site collaboration element for a major client’s IT team. You will work in English and Greek, analysing IT requirements and supporting design decisions.

Responsibilities include detailed requirements analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and modeling with architecture teams to ensure accurate specifications and seamless integration.

Qualifications

• University degree in IT or relevant discipline
• Minimum 6 years of IT experience
• Minimum 3 years as a Business Analyst
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Scrum or another agile framework
• Substantial experience in business and IT system analysis and translating business needs into IT requirements
• Strong experience with agile tools (JIRA, Confluence) and modelling tools (Sparx EA)
• Knowledge of relational database systems
• Ability to apply architectural principles to functional solutions

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT functional and non-functional requirements using the applicable methodology and tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured in the specification
• Provide input on low-level design issues and patterns
• Analyze and define specifications for integration with other applications or components
• Work with Enterprise Architect and Solution Architect to model solutions based on requirements
