Job summary

UST is seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to bridge business stakeholders and technology teams. You will analyze business needs, document requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and ensure delivery of technology solutions that meet business objectives.

Role location: Hybrid - Atlanta, GA. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC, and facilitate UAT to validate delivered solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years as Business Systems Analyst
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, CS, or related field
• Strong Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering experience
• Expertise in BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Process Flow documentation
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of SDLC and software implementation projects
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart
• Proficiency in process modeling and data analysis
• Preferred Skills: Domain experience in Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, or Enterprise Applications
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or digital transformation projects
• SQL knowledge for data analysis and validation
• CBAP, CCBA, or Agile certifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and process mapping sessions
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and use cases
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams
• Support solution design, system integration, and process improvement initiatives
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered solutions
